The Sheikh Abdullah Mubarak Said Al Hamdani has been in the direct service of H.M. Sultan Qaboos Al Said, for around 30 years. During these years, he has built up a land bank of over 250 plots of land around the Sultanate, which are ripe for development. These range in size from 600 sq.m. to 1.3 million sq.m. He combines unusual access to the senior-most echelons of Government, with the ability to make rapid decisions, being the sole owner of his land bank. He has now involved a number of highly reputed and experienced professionals to advise him.
